Our elegant and spacious villa is the ideal place to relax after a busy day at one of Orlando's many nearby theme parks or golf courses or for spending a day "at home". Local shops and restaurants are only 2 minutes drive away on the "192", yet the peaceful Seasons community provides an oasis of calm amidst the hubbub of Orlando's tourist attractions. Enjoy the sparkling waters of our large south-facing pool and spa, gather for some fun in our fully-equipped Games Room or relax in the Family Room or Lounge where a large-screen cable TV, games consoles, board games and books for all the family are provided for you.

Notes on prices
All prices shown exclude 13% sales tax.
An Accidental Damage Waiver charge of $65 (£40) is added to all bookings.
Pool heat is recommended 31 October - 31 March and is charged at an additional $35 (£20) per night.
If your stay is for less than 7 nights an additional $145 (£90) surcharge is made for cleaning.
Payment can be made by either personal cheque or Paypal. If Paypal is used as the method of payment, 4% will be added to cover their charges.

Outside
Private 14 x 30 ft south-facing pool and raised spa with large extended deck area. Plenty of chairs and sun loungers for all our guests! To protect the kids there's a removable safety fence around the pool and all dooors leading to the deck area are fitted with safety locks and switchable alarms.

Gulf Coast beaches are approximately 90 minutes away.

Quick and easy access to all of Orlando's many golf courses including Falcon's Fire - 10 minutes, Champion's Gate - 15 minutes, Shingle Creek - 20 minutes.

‘Las Palmas Villa was superb, immaculately clean and ideal for us as a family, especially as it is so ideally located for all the parks. It is so tastefully furnished and well-equipped we felt immediately at home - can't think of anything that was missing and we loved the Games Rooom.
