Changeover day
The villa is available from 4pm on the day of arrival (earlier by arrangement) and must be vacated by 10.30 am (later by arrangement).
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable tv with DVD and has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a large walk in wardrobe with safe. The second bedroom has a double bed and cable tv with dvd. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds in each. |
| Bathrooms: | The en-suite bathroom has twin vanity sinks, large shower, Roman bath, WC and large walk in wardrobe. The other bathroom has a sink, WC, bath with overhead shower. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, waste disposal unit and coffee machine. |
| Utility Room: | There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The family room is spacious and bright and has a large LCD TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and a new leather suite. There are large patio doors leading in to the covered pool area with luxury Spa. The formal dining area seats 6 and there is also a breakfast nook. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linens and towels are included. The property is cleaned both before and after visitors. |

Outside
The rear garden is fully fenced and totally private. The screened lanai houses the swimming pool (which can be heated) and luxury spa/jacuzzi. There are sun loungers and patio furniture for your enjoyment. The pool deck area has been extended to provide additional sun bathing. A bbq grill is also provided at no extra cost.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa beach is approximately 1-1 1/2 hours drive.
Golf
There are several good golf courses within a short distance of the villa. Details can be found on our website (see lelow).
Travel
Orlando International airport is the nearest which is approximately 20 minutes drive. Sanford airport is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes but is a comfortable drive down the 417 toll road.
Distances
Walmart is 5 minutes away with shops and restauarants about 10-15 minutes away.
Walt Disney parks and water parks are about 15 minutes away.
Booking notes
A booking form will be required along with a deposit for £200. The balance is due ten weeks before commencement of your vacation.
