We have a beautiful and clean home and we rated 2nd highest rental occupancy with our management company in 2007 (2nd only to the managements rental property). We have repeat guests that are returning for their 3rd and 4th visits so please book with confidence.

Coast/Beach
Our villa is in the heart of Florida, however CoCo Beach and Cape Kennedy is only about 45 mins drive. The warm waters of the Gulf coast is about and hours drive.
Golf
Villa backs onto Mystic Dunes golf club. A challenging yet enjoyable course with full clubhouse and restaurant facilities and driving range. I enjoyed the varied nature of this par 72 course. Discounts available if you advise you are staying on our complex. Full club hire is available at a reasonable rate and the clubs are well cleaned after every use. The clubs we hired were like new. The award winning Celebration and fantastic new Reunion complex courses are minutes away as well as many others within 10/15 mins drive, however why bother with Mystic Dunes on your doorstep and the unbelievable millionaires reunion course at the end of the road!
Travel
20/30 mins from Orlando Intl or an hour from Sanford. We will supply easy directions.
Distances
4 miles to Disney. We have timed our drive to 6 mins
Celebration is 5 mins away. Shops, restaurants a few mins drive at the top of the road.
