The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Kissimmee, called Poinciana. The area is well preserved and consists of nature walks and is surrounded by small lakes. It has its own children's play area that includes a basketball court and football field. At the rear of the villa is a spacious garden. Also less than 5 minutes away is a 7/11 shop where you can purchase petrol/groceries.
