Notes on prices

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, please contact me with your requirements and I will try to accommodate you.
| Bedrooms: | Master Suite 1 is large and has a 6’ 6” king sized bed and two walk in closets. Master Suite 2 is another spacious double bedroom with queen sized bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are large twin rooms and have ample wardrobe space, drawer storage. |
| Bathrooms: | The master en-suite has an oval bath, large walk-in shower double vanity basin & separate toilet. The 2nd master en-suite has bath with shower over, single vanity unit and WC. Beds 3 & 4 share bathroom with shower over bath, single vanity unit and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, and microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener along with all the pans, crockery and cutlery you will need. |
| Utility Room: | There is a large utility room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities, and access to the garage. |
| Living Rooms: | The family room has a beautiful three piece suite, the sofa can convert to a queen sized bed. There is a coffee table and two side tables. A cable TV set and theatre system is provided. The light airy dining room/breakfast room is next to the kitchen. |
| Other: | There are cable televisions in the family room and all bedrooms, with DVD players (Disney TV in one of the twin rooms). There is internet access in Master suite 2. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are included for your stay. The property will be impeccable on your arrival and cleaned after your stay. The property is maintained and overseen by Florida International Homes. Derek and his team will be on hand to assist you. |
Notes on accommodation
There is full air conditioning and heating in the villa, including ceiling fans in the family room and main master bedroom. The villa is suitable and caters for children as there are two twin bedrooms, one with a Disney theme. The pool area has a safety barrier for children, which can be removed if not needed.
Accessibility
The villa is on one level, but is not specially adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
Through the patio doors from the lounge is a covered lanai with ceiling fan to keep out of the sun. There is a fully screened extended private deck and 26' x 13' swimming pool with luxury spa, not overlooked at rear and with garden area beyond the pool, perfect to cool off after a day at the theme parks. Gas pool heating available if required and recommended during the winter months. Luxury patio furniture is provided to relax by the pool, or dine al fresco under the covered lanai. Pool lighting can be used at night.
The development is on a lakeside setting with fishing and boating facilities and clubhouse (due for completion in mid 2007). Perfect for taking a stroll away from the hustle and bustle. There's even a fishing rod provided to try your hand at fishing on the lake.
Coast/Beach
Just over an hour’s drive east of Tower Lake is the Kennedy Space Centre or an hour away to the west are the beautiful beaches of St. Petersberg, Clearwater or Sarasota on the Gulf Coast. The beaches of the East Coast of Florida are also easily accessible.
Golf
This area is renowned for its golf courses and there are over 30 nearby quality golf courses, including the fantastic Southern Dunes course right next door.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando’s International airport, about 30 minutes drive away. Sanford International airport is just over an hour's drive away. Tampa airport is also just over an hour's drive away. Car hire is essential for getting out and about and enjoying all the amenities.
Distances
This is an ideal base to visit all of the major attractions of Florida including Disney World (approx 15-20 mins), Sea World (25 mins) and Universal Studios (25-30 mins). It is also close to the beautiful Lakeland area of central Florida.
Further details
There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, including a large Wal-Mart about a mile away. There are also several fast food outlets locally and a Blockbuster for DVD rental. The new leisure development of Posner Park, currently under construction, is only 4-5 minutes drive away. Bank branches are close by, including a branch within the Wal-Mart store.
