The private, south facing outdoor pool and spa jacuzzi is the ideal place to relax after a hectic day on the parks or golf courses! A gas bbq is provided, ideal for al fresco dining, whilst watching the sunset over the orange groves.
The villa boasts a large garage offering secure parking and extra play space for the children.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg are a 45 minute drive away, and provide the perfect contrast to a busy day on the theme parks!
Golf
Ideally situated for a golfing holiday, golf fans will have a multitude of championship standard golf courses all within a 30 minute drive!
Travel
Flights are available from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham - into Orlando International or Sandford Airport. The villa is situated approx 30 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International or approx 50 miles (1hr) from Sandford Airport.
Direct flights are available and the best option, particularly if travelling with young children. Although, you may find some cheaper deals if you are prepared for the inconvenience of changing flights.

20 minute drive from all major theme parks including Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World.
Further details
Sunset Ridge is a private gated community off US27. It is ideally located for all major attractions, but also has Publix (5mins drive) and Walmart (10 mins drive) easily accessible. There are a huge number of restaurants and eateries to choose from locally and there is the Prince of Wales Pub (British owned) within a 5 mintue walk where you can grab a cool beer and catch up with the football results!
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is per week is required to secure the villa, full payment is required 10 weeks prior to your holiday. If you book later that 10 weeks prior the full amount is paid upon booking.
