Our villa is at Florida Pines in Davenport just outside Orlando. 15 minutes drive away from the magical world of Disney. Games Room, Private pool with lanai, air conditioning, 2 Master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. TV in all bedrooms. 2 themed bedrooms for children - spiderman and the little princess. These can be changed if it is an all adult party. 37" Flat Screen TV, DVD player, games machine and internet access.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Pool heating is available at an additional cost of £60 per week or £80 per 2 weeks. Advisable during October to March. A deposit is required to reserve the booking and also a security deposit is required with the final payment which is returnable after your holiday if applicable. Bookings of 6 weeks or more qualify for a 15% discount. Flights NOT included in the price.

The property is fully air-conditioned. The pool is enclosed to keep insects out but not the sun. Pool heating is available at an additional cost. There is also a communal pool and children’s play area.

Outside
All gardens are maintained by the homeowners association. The pool area has 6 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a dining table. There is also a lanai covered area where you can sit out of the sun but still outside by the pool. There is a gas barbecue available. The pool also has a safety fence to prevent accidents.
Coast/Beach
For the sun seekers Cocoa beach is a short drive away. 1 hour 15 mins. Miami is a 3 hour drive 228 miles. Palm Beach 166 miles. Tampa Bay 1 hour drive. Daytona 1 hour.
Golf
With some of the finest tournament golf facilities in central Florida located here in Kissimmee, or at least nearby, there are many golf courses to choose from. This section will bring you the various golf-related businesses of the area. The Kissimmee area continues to play host to a number of golf enthusiasts ranging from the novice to the PGA pro. Whether it's for the qualifying tournaments or just playing host to the regional or national finals, there's a course to fit every challenge and any budget. All courses can be challenging and many have been beautifully contoured to fit into the countryside. Some have signature designs where others simply accommodate the natural beauty of their settings with graceful slopes, winding waterways and magnificent oaks. In all there are at least 35 golf courses to choose from in Kissimmee and the surrounding areas. 168 and 18 academies in the Greater Orlando Area. Falcon's Fire Golf Club, Hawks Landing Golf Club and Hunters Creek Golf Club.
Special interest holidays
Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia with fantastic department stores such as Saks of Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales and Macy’s. Many other well known shops such as Guess, Nine West and Victoria Secrets make for great shopping and in the case of Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Jimmy Choo great window shopping! Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona, Tampa Bay are all within easy driving distance and even Miami is only 4 hours drive away! It’s a holiday with plenty to do for everyone, theme parks, sightseeing, sporting activities, shopping or just relaxing by the pool. Plus the Wonderful Disney Parks!
Travel
Orlando International airport is approx 40 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is essential - we have found Dollar Car Rental to be very competitive and good.
Distances
2 mins drive to the local shopping strip which includes a Publix supermarket, Applebee's restaurant, Suntrust Bank, Pizza, Chinese, Fish & Chip shop, Bar amongst other conveniences. 4 mins drive to the 192. 5 mins drive to Walmart. 10 mins drive to International Drive and the Great eating places. 15 mins drive to Disney. 15 mins drive to Kissimmee. 20 mins drive to Orlando Central. 20 mins drive to Florida Mall.
