Good size pool deck with built in electric barbecue. Lights and ceiling fan along with patio table, chairs, sunbeds and stools to accommodate 10 guests. Private pool (26 x 12ft.) with integral spa which would only be heated if pool heating is requested (Not a Jacuzzi). Pool heating available if requested at additional charge.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses to suit every ability within a short drive including the superb Championsgate for the low handicapper designed by Greg Norman. Visit the 'golforlando' website for maps, reviews & green fees of golf courses in the area.

Orlando International Airport is approx.40 minutes drive.
Sanford International Airport is approx.75 minutes drive.
