The villa is situated on the delightful Eagles Pointe resort. Well decorated and has recently been re-furnished throughout. Beautiful views from the family room which looks over the lake which is teaming with wildlife. Admire the exotic birds which frequent the lake while you take a dip in the screened, heated pool. Pool heat charged on application per week. 5% discount for three weeks or more (excluding easter christmas/new year) Why not spread the cost of your Florida villa rental! We accept weekly or monthly payments, or just simply pay what you want when you want at no extra charge.
Changeover day
Flexible arrival times, but occupants must vacate property by 10am on day of departure.

Orlando International Airport is approximately 20 mins drive.

We recommend use of a car for travelling around.

All theme parks are within easy access, approximately 10-12 mins drive away.
Downtown Kissimmee approximately 5 mins drive.

Booking notes
Inital deposit of £100 per week holds booking dates.
Balance to be paid in full six weeks prior to departure. Deposit is non refundable. Bond of £150 required to cover any damages, refundable after inspection by management company. Bond payable along with final balance.

My name is Peter Bennett and along with my Wife Sue and my Son and Daughter we purchased this beautiful 3 bedroom villa in 2003. To supplement the expense and running costs we decided to hire out our holiday home to the public. We deal with every email and phone call personally, no automated answering machine or fancy salesperson. Every part of the simple booking process is dealt with by us on a one to one basis. We are quite happy to advise you on anything you need to know, from flights to Theme Parks or Restaurants. As this is our private holiday home we maintain a very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Our Management Company based in Kissimmee is a man and wife team who look after only a few selective villas. They are two minutes away and are on call for you 24/7.
