Villa Bonaire is a beautiful 5 bed/3 bath private home with its own pool and sun-deck overlooking a peaceful woodland conservation area. The home was recently re-carpeted and re-painted and the twin bedrooms were themed for the enjoyment of our younger guests. The home also features a Games Room with pool table, air hockey, football and darts. For guests' convenience, there is a high speed wireless internet connection - just bring your own laptop to keep in touch with home. There are Cable TVs in all bedrooms. A large gas BBQ, and if required, a complimentary cot and highchair, allows you to relax in this true 'home away from home' and much, much more! Our 5 bed villa is located in the exclusive 'Resort at Town Center' community, in Davenport, Orlando. Town Center is a gated, secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants and in the middle of golfers’ paradise!

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. They include all applicable taxes and the end clean fee.
We can also provide a quote and accept payment in US dollars.
Optional pool heating - £70/$120 per week or £10/$20 per day for shorter stays.
For a rental of less than a week, there is a cleaning surcharge of £65/$105.
Prices for January 2013, onwards, are available on request.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival - not before 4pm on arrival date. Departure - by 10am on departure date. A later check-out, up to 1pm, may be considered if discussed in advance with the Owners. After 1pm, an additional charge will be applicable.

Notes on accommodation
Games room - featuring a pool table, air hockey, football and darts board. Enjoy! The villa can be fully air-conditioned or heated throughout. There are ceiling fans in all communal areas and all bedrooms. If you are travelling with a young child in your party, we have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. All exits to the pool area have double locks, and in accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety barrier around the pool itself, which can be removed if you wish.
Accessibility
Our villa is a single storey property with all bedrooms and communal areas on the ground floor. There is a small step up into the house at the front door. To enjoy the pool area, guests must exit through sliding patio doors (small step down) onto the pool deck. The two Master bedrooms have walk-in showers each with a corner seated area within them. Please note that our home has not been modified for wheelchair users.
Outside
Private pool (approx. 25ft by 12ft). Optional electric pool heating available. Normally recommended in the cooler months from October through to April. Pool blanket also provided. Underwater pool light for night swimming. Fully screened pool enclosure. Views over beautiful woodland conservation area.
Sun deck and covered lanai with table, 4 chairs and 3 sun-loungers. Complimentary gas BBQ to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle!

Cocoa Beach - approx. 1 hr drive.
Beaches at St. Petersburg and Clearwater - approx. 1 hr drive.

Numerous golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the property - more details on request.
Nearest course - Reunion Golf Resort (3 courses designed by Nicklaus, Watson and Palmer). ChampionsGate National and International courses (designed by Greg Norman) - also home to the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

Orlando International Airport - 35 minute drive. Sanford Airport - 50/55 minutes drive. Tampa International Airport - 1 hour, 10 minutes drive. Use of a car is essential.

Disney World Resort - including Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island - 10 minutes drive. Celebration - 10 minutes drive. Further details
Local amenities are a 2 minute drive from the villa. They include a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, CVS, family restaurants, "Chilli's" restaurant, McDonalds, Subway sandwich shop, hairdresser, nail salon, liquor store and bank.
Highway 192 is a 9 minute drive from the villa, where you will find a vast array of shops and restaurants.
Booking notes
A provisional booking is held for 5 working days.
A non-refundable booking deposit of £150/$240 for each week booked (or part thereof), and completion of the booking form, confirms the villa.
The balance (plus refundable Security Deposit of £200/$320) is payable no less than 10 weeks prior to departure.
