Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Now with FREE solar pool heat. FREE calls within US and Canada. This villa really does have the 'wow factor' (a comment made by one of our guests). Our villa has been personally designed by ourselves and includes lots of extras including FREE use of safe, high speed wireless internet access if you wish to bring your own laptop and baby items. The Hamlet at West Haven is a small and friendly community. As you drive down the palm tree lined boulevard towards our home you know you have arrived at a special place. Only a minutes walk from our villa is a community pool, small children’s play area and tennis courts. The Champions Gate resort, golf and shopping area is only 1 mile away. West Haven is on CR54, minutes from junction 58 of the I4, providing easy access to the theme parks, restaurants and shopping in the Orlando area. Notes on prices
Above prices are per week for the villa and not per person.
All Florida sales and county taxes are included. Deposit £100 per wk (non-refundable). Discounts for 3 weeks or more. Pool heat £85 per week. Cleaning fee £50 for stays of 5 nights or less. We accept UK or US cheques and credit cards. If paying by credit card a 4% charge is applicable.

Changeover day
We will accept bookings commencing any day of the week, subject to availability. Minimum stay is usually 7 nights, however we will accept shorter durations (3 nights or more) at our discretion so please email us with your requirements.

All bedding, towels and linen is included with plenty for everyone. Beach towels are also provided for use by the pool. |
Notes on accommodation
For the younger members of the family, a high chair, travel cot, baby rocking chair and Graco stroller/pushchair is included free of charge.
Free Wireless high speed internet access if you want to bring your laptop as well as unlimited free locals to anywhere in the USA and Canada. A calling card is required if you wish to make international calls which can be purchased from most supermarkets or gas/petrol stations.
For your security we provide a safe at no extra charge.
You will also find a gas BBQ which you are welcome to use duration your stay.

Outside
Patio doors from the family room lead out onto the extended pool deck with 26ft x 13ft pool. Shrubs to the sides and a fence at the back give added privacy. The pool deck is well furnished with 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs with foot stools, drinks tables, box with inflatable pool toys and a large table and chairs with parasol. The pool area is fitted with a child safety fence, which can be removed if not required. Free solar pool heat is included in the cost, however during the cooler months we recommend you pay for electric pool heating at an additional charge which will run in conjunction with the solar. Free use of gas BBQ. You may be required to purchase a bottle of gas if gas bottle is empty on your arrival (approximately $20/£11 from nearby petrol/gas station). BBQ must be cleaned before your departure so it is left clean for the next guest. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Golf
The villa is situated just 1 mile from Champions Gate golf courses and the internationally renowned David Leadbetter school of golf. Champions gate golf club features two premier 18 hole championship golf courses designed Greg Norman and is regarded as one of the top courses is the USA. There is also around 25 other golf courses within 30 minutes drive including the legendary Disney courses, Falcons Fire and Celebration golf club.

Tampa International airport - 1 hour.

5 minutes drive to the large publix supermarket, Chili's restaurant, Subway, McDonalds, Chinese restaurant and take away, Italian restaurant, banks, liquor store and petrol/gas stations. Spa facilities and beauty salon at the nearby Omni Hotel. 5 mins from junction 58 on Interstate 4 which provides great access to the theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants in the Orlando area.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week secures your booking. A security deposit to cover any breakages/damage of £150 ($250) is also required in addition to the final payment. This will be refunded upon completion of inventory check by our management company after your departure.
Final payment is due 8 weeks before holiday commencement date.

Guest comments
After a long tiring flight we were absolutely "gob smacked" when we entered the villa. We were expecting good, but not as good as this. Our time in Florida has been far better than expected because it was just great to be able to retreat to "our" luxurious villa at the end of a day fighting the hordes in the theme parks and on the state highways.
