This property can sleep up to 10 people (with 2 on a sofabed) and for the comfort of all our guests our villa is non-smoking - however smoking is permitted on the patio area. The community is gated for your added security, and just outside the gates you will find Supermarkets (24 hour Wal Mart), restaurants and shops. The villa is located on the award winning Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club community which offers a clubhouse, restaurant and bar.

Notes on accommodation
Southern Dunes community also has 3 communal pools, tennis/basketball courts and an Exercise Room. There is also a children's playground on the site. The main Clubhouse has a bar and restaurant which serves breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. Children area also welcome in the Clubhouse. The golf course is an undulating 4 1/2 Star (modelled on St Andrews) course, ranked number 6 in Florida.

Outside
The private, screened pool can be heated during the winter months and 3' at the shallow end and 5' at the deep end. There is a covered lanai with a fan to give relief from the Florida sunshine. There is external lighting and patio furniture provided. The main master bedroom and ensuite gives access to the pool area in addition to access from the lounge.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa beach is approximately 50 minutes drive (east) away and offers beautiful sand and safe bathing.
Clearwater and St Petes are approximately 1hr 15 mins drive (west) away.
Golf

Champions Gate is approximately 5 minutes drive away and there are numerous other courses in and around the Kissimee area (approx 5 minutes drive away).
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport which is approximately 45 minutes drive away.
Sandford Airport is approximately 55 minutes drive away.
Tampa is approximately 1 hour drive away.
Distances
The entrance to Disney World is approximately 25 minutes drive away. Busch Gardens is approximately 50 minutes away.
The nearest shops/banks etc are at the entrance to the community and include a 24-hour Walmart.
All major attractions can be easily reached within 40 minutes.
