Changeover day
Your villa is ready from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If you want a late departure, please contact us, we will try to accommodate wherever we can!

Accessibility
As our villa is on one level, it is suitable for wheelchair users. The shower in the second bedroom has a roll in shower again suitable for disabled guests.
Outside
A wonderful lakeview view from the pool and not overlooked, patio furniture is supplied. The pool is private and it can be heated for an additional cost. SW facing, so plenty of sun during those winter months. We have a most magnificant outlook. Watch the sun set whilst enjoying a glass of wine and enjoy a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Travel to Coco beach is approximately 1 hour by car. St Petersburg 1 hour 15 minutes. Tampa is 1 hour by car.
Golf
Champions Gate golf course is only three-minutes drive away. Reunion Golf is only minutes away.
Travel
Orlando International is the nearest airport and about a 30 minute drive away. Sandford is about 50-55 minutes. Car hire is essential. Tampa international 1 hour
Distances
Walt Disney World,including Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney ONLY 4 miles. Gatorland 20 minutes. Universal and Downtown Orlando 25 minutes, Tampa, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre 1 hour drive

Booking notes
Booking must be confirmed in writing within 7 days of booking. A deposit of 25% of rental is required at time of booking and is non refundable. Payment of the full balance is due within 10 weeks of departure.

Oh we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much. The villa is superb and well presented and in such a calm location. Great to wind down after a hectic Disney day. We all had a great time. The links you gave us for the car and tickets and insurance were so useful too.. everything worked so well. I do hope we will be able to go again some time in the future.
