Villa with private pool and wireless internet access. We are 15 mins from Mickey Mouse at Disney. You can swim with the Dolphins at Discovery Cove or see Shrek 4D or the Simpsons at Universal Studios or enjoy a round of golf locally. If you love to shop then the Malls are a shopper’s paradise. Why not go on an airboat ride and see if you can spot a ‘gator’. It is only a short drive away and the views are stunning. Or you may wish to visit the Everglades or the beach as Florida is not just about Theme Parks. There is so much more to do! Everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday is here! Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Pool heating is £80 per week. Any bookings for less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50.
Changeover day
You may book in from 4pm. You will be expected to collect the keys from our management company, they will take a security deposit for the accommodation in case of any damages. Check out time is 10am. Late check out is available upon request.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has an American king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, large drawers, bedside cabinets, 26" HD Flat screen TV and a clock radio. Bedrooms 2 has a 19" Flat screened cable HD TV. Bed 3 has twin beds and a TV/DVD (not cable). |
| Bathrooms: | The master bedroom is en-suite with a large bath, separate shower cubicle, wc and twin sinks. The second bathroom has a bath, shower, wc, sink and shaving point. |
| Kitchen: | This consists of a table and chairs, oven, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, food processor. It is well equipped with pots and pans and everything else you may require to cook a gourmet meal should you wish to. |
| Utility Room: | Large American style washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and wash basket. |
| Living Rooms: | The main lounge has twin settees. One of these pulls out and converts into a bed. Our villa is beautifully furnished throughout. We also have a 2nd lounge (family room) which has twin settees a 37" HDTV, DVD, films and CD player and many CDs. |
| Other: | The dining room has a a large mahogany table and chairs for formal dining. There's a telephone with free local calls and wireless/dial up, internet access. We have Ceiling fans and lights throughout and many added extras to make it 'home from home'. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All clean towels and bedding are included. The villa is cleaned prior to the guests arrival. Any additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged at a small charge. There is washing facilities for towels and your personal items so travel light! |
Notes on accommodation
Baby equiptment and BBQs are available on request from our management company for a minimal charge. The property does not allow smoking or pets. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and we encourage guests to keep the doors closed to get the best from this. Our filters are changed regularly so it is always working at it's optimum level. Our villa is spacious and is great for families or couples who always comment on the lovely furnishings. We have lovely thick carpets in the lounge and bedrooms which makes the property more luxurious. The property was built by Lenar who are master builders and we feel certainly live up to their reputation. We have wireless internet access so you can take your laptop if you wish.

Outside
Private pool with decking area which can be screened off for safety. There is a table with chairs and comfortable sunloungers on the patio, as well as a ceiling fan and outdoor lighting for those who wish to have al-fresco dining. Pool heat is available on request at an additional cost. You can sit outside in the evening and just enjoy the peace and quiet of Westhaven. Switch on the pool lights as these give the pool a totally different view in the evening - absolutely lovely!!! We enjoy sitting outside after a busy day at the parks or Malls and just relaxing with a nice bottle of wine or a good book this really is a great way to end the day. The patio area is connected to the family room so other members of your party can be yards away watching a DVD.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are stunning the closest one is Cocoa which is approx 1 hour away. Other beaches include Clearwater and Daytona to name just a few.
Golf
If golf is your sport then your only 5 mins away from the famous Greg Norman courses at Championsgate. There is also dozens of other courses within easy reach. Florida is a popular place for Golf and it certainly lives up to it's reputation.
Travel
Sanford airport is 1 hour. International airport is 25 mins. Tampa is around 1 hour away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Disney 15 mins. Universal 30 mins. International Drive 30 mins. Busch Gardens 60 mins. Kennedy Space Centre 60 mins. Restaurants 5 mins. Golf 5 mins. Supermarket 5 mins. Main Motorway Interstate 4 (I 4) to all attractions 5 mins. Airboat rides to see the ‘Gators’ 30 mins. Malls 15 mins. There is also other shops locally. Highway 27 is a few mins away. On Highway 27 are many new developments with new eating places and shops. A multiplex cinema will be here in 2009. The 192 is about 10 mins.
Further details
Champions Gate centre is 5 mins away. Within this area is a well stocked Publixs supermarket, bank, hairdressers, Pharmacy, Subway, Mc Donald’s, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Indian restaurants and diners. There is also a service station so you can fill up your car. If you want to have a manicure or pedicure at a fraction of the cost of British salons then you can visit the beauty salon at Championsgate.

We stayed here in December 2006. It's in a fantastic location only 20 minutes from the Disney Parks. The estate is beautiful, very quiet and away from the noise and crowds of Downtown Kissimmee. The villa is very well maintained and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We go to WDW twice a year and would love to sty here again. I've even put a link to the villa home page on the UKDish website.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, and the photographs on the website just don't do it justice. We had the best holiday of our lives here! It really is in a fabulous location for the parks, but the neighbourhood is really peaceful and it's lovely to come back to after all of the hussle and bussle of a day at Disney! We can't wait to go back! We have had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed our stay imensely at this beautiful Villa. It is away from the hustle and bustle of disney, and very peaceful in the evenings. The Villa is furnished exquisitely and is absolutely delightful.
