Distances
Downtown Naples is 20 minutes drive away but Marco Island is self contained with every possible amenity taken care of.

25% deposit required to make a reservation.
The balance is due 60 days before scheduled arrival
If cancelled 60 days in advance, a full refund will be given (minus £30 service charge).
If cancelled within 60 days, entire monies will be forfeited unless the accommodation is re-rented, where 80% refund will be given.
