Welcome to our beautiful home in southern Florida. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, family room, lounge/dining room and kitchen, this home is loved by everyone who visits! 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, with large covered Lanai(patio) and new pool. The entertaining areas are floored in maple wood, bedrooms in carpet. As we use this as a home from home, you will find everything you can possibly think of is available. Very centrally located and within easy access to beach, shops, golf, restaurants and cinema etc.

Golf
Local golf course on the Island and 6 other courses available within a 6 mile distance.
Travel
Local airport at Naples. However, long haul flights fly in to Fort Myers (50 min trip to house). Alternatively, flight to Miami and a 2 hour drive.
Distances
Local town centre of Marco Island is on your door step. The city of Naples is 15 miles away with huge shopping complexes, great beach and theatre etc.

Booking notes
Non refundable booking deposit of 150 euros. Deposit against damages 500 euros (depending on length of stay). Deposit of 50% of rental fee on booking and full amount one month in advance.
