Located just off of the inner circle at Rotonda West it is ideally situated for the golf, beach and shopping enthusiast. Five golf courses are located a few minutes drive away and a further 15 within a 20 minute range. Superb beaches with all facilities are a 15 minute drive away and the excellent shopping malls are just 4 miles away.

Prices are for the property in UK Pounds.
Discounts available for bookings in excess of 3 weeks. Rates include electricity, air conditioning, local telephone calls, internet connection, cable TV and a final clean after rentals of 2 weeks or more. Shorter term rentals are subject to a £40 cleaning charge. A separate charge of £50 per week is made if the spa is to be heated.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, Arrivals after 4pm and departure by 11.30am.

Outside
Sited on a plot approx quarter acre, the garden is set to grass and palms with shrubs to the front. The private pool is screened all round and has a lanai (porch) with ceiling fan, poolside furniture, loungers and a BBQ grill. The solar heated with supplimentary electric, pool is 25 ft x 14 ft and has an electrically heated spa (extra). Double garage with remote controlled door.
Coast/Beach
All beaches in the area qualify as tropical and lined with palm trees. Clean white sands stretch for miles along the beautiful Gulf coast. Nearest beach is 3 miles away at Englewood. All are ideally situated facing west so that you can enjoy the incredible sunsets. Boca Grand beach anytime and the Tarpon fishing is a must in June.
Golf
Ideally situated for the golf enthusiast, the Strathallan villa has 20 courses within a 20 mile radius, 5 within 5 minutes
Travel
Like most places in Florida, a vehicle is essential. The area is served by 5 airports of varying size. Tampa 90 mins, Orlando 2.5 hrs, Miami 3.5 hrs, Sarasota, 45mins and Fort Myers 45mins.
Distances
Rotonda does not have a shopping centre of its own but Englewood is 5 miles and Port Charlotte 15 miles in the opposite direction. The majority of other destinations are in excess of 30 miles. ie. Sarasota and Fort Myers.
Further details
There is an abundance of supermarkets in the area the names of most are not familiar to the first time visitor but you soon get to make one of them your favourite. Try Winn Dixie, Publix, Sweetbay and don't forget good old Walmart. There are shopping malls 4 miles away at Englewood and a big one 15 miles away at Port Charlotte. If you are a DIY enthusiast a visit to "Home Depot" is a must: strange resemblance to B & Q! For the shop-a-holic, retail therapy is locally available at Bealls, Maceys, Dillons and many others. There is also a "Flea Market" and what substitutes as a charity shop close by if in need of a bargain.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 20% will be required to secure booking. Full outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Separate refundable cheque for £200 to act as breakages security at same time as balance. All rates include laundry, towels, house electricity, water, cable TV, local phone calls,internet, cleaning on departure and local taxes. Booking form can be e-mailed or posted to your address.
