This lake front community has its own boat ramp, fishing pier and soon to be completed clubhouse. Less than 20 minutes from the gates of Disney and within easy reach of all other Orlando attractions. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes drive will take you to Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate. Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private south facing pool and spa and has everything required for the perfect vacation.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, check in time is after 4:00pm on first day and check out time is before 10:00am on last day.

The gardens are fully landscaped and the private pool with covered lania is south facing. Pool side furniture including sun loungers are provided for use at your leisure. A pool fence ia available if you so choose for additional safety with young children. Pool heating is available, which is adviseable in cooler months at an additional charge.
Golf
Next door to Southern Dunes Golf Club and a few minutes drive will take you to Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate.
Travel
Nearest airports are Orlando International approx 30 minutes drive and Sanford International approx 60 minutes drive.
Use of car/car hire is essential.

Your agreed deposit will reserve the period of time you require, we cannot hold bookings until we have received your deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before you are due to travel.
