| Bathrooms: | Bed 1 & 2 have en-suite bathrooms. 3rd bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 & 4. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has all modern appliances ie. microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 4 seater breakfast table. |
| Utility Room: | Large washer and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The villa is open aspect with the large living area being adjacent to the dining area which has a 6 seater dining table. The living area has 8 seater suite with pull out bed, TV, CD, DVD, playstation and opens out to the pool & lanai area. |
| Other: | Part of the double garage has been coverted to a games room, pool table, hockey table and sofa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaned before each arrival and all towels and linen are provided. Further cleaning and maid service can be arranged at additional cost. |

Fully air conditioned. Child alarms on all doors to the pool.
Accessibility
The villa is all on one level and has flat access to the large shower area in the main bathroom which makes it ideal for
wheelchair access.
Outside
The 30' x 15' pool is heated and completely private, set in the rear garden and has full netted protection. The lanai has 4 chairs and 2 loungers with large table.
Coast/Beach
Both Florida's east & west coast beaches are within 1 hour driving.
Golf
There are many golf courses within the surrounding area.
Travel
Approx. 1 hour from Sanford airport and 30 minutes from Orlando int'l airport.
