Jasmine Villa is located at Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee, which is a very spacious, quiet, friendly neighbourhood. An ideal location for not just theme parks and golf courses, but also for airboat rides, horse riding and fishing etc. The spacious villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard with all the facilities that you require for an excellent holiday inc. Internet access. As well as the 3 bedrooms there are 2 lounges, formal dining area, spare room, a large games room and a laundry with washer and dryer. All bedrooms and the main lounge have ceiling fans and the 2nd lounge has a large bed settee to enable 8 people to stay in comfort. Ample bedding, towels, hairdryers and top quality patio furniture are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The excellent pool is fully screened and is very quiet, with no properties directly behind it! Additional facilities provided for your convenience include a full size cot (own bedding required) and highchair.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Bookings for 3 or more weeks will be given discount! Pool heating is £80/week booked in advance or can be booked on arrival with our Management Company for $150/week.
Payments can be made by Credit card, PayPal, cheque or Bank transfer.
Changeover day
We are flexible with booking arrival and departure dates. Also departures and arrivals on the same day are possible as our Management Company are excellent at organising villa cleaning etc.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with queen size bed (UK king), TV, stereo, walk-in wardrobe, safe, patio doors and en-suite. Bedroom 2 with full size bed (UK double), dolphin theme and large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds 'Nemo' theme and large wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | The luxury en-suite bathroom has 'his and hers' sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate WC. The main bathroom has WC, sink, bath/shower over and a door onto the lanai/pool area. |
| Kitchen: | The open plan kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, juicer, coffee maker etc. The kitchen area is accessible from both lounges with a breakfast bar overlooking the main lounge. |
| Utility Room: | Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes hanging space. |
| Living Rooms: | The main lounge area has high quality sofas with TV (cable), DVD, VCR and ceiling fan and patio door out onto the pool/lanai area. |
| Other: | The 2nd lounge has 2 sofas with one being a large sofa bed (double). This 2nd lounge opens out into the spacious formal dining room. A new Games Room with a Pool & Air Hockey tables was added in May 2007, with music centre, tables chairs & board games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Ample bedding, towels, hairdryers crockery etc are provided for your stay. The swimming pool is cleaned and checked weekly as wel as the grass being cut on a regular basis. For stays of over 14 days a 'mid-stay' clean can be arranged if acceptable. |

Jasmine Villa is an ideal base for a family holiday in Florida, with full air conditioning and the family friendly accommodation. The telephone is provided with free local calls and overseas/long distance calls can be made cheaply with readily available phone cards. High speed wireless internet access (for use with guests own computers) is provided for guests use.

Jasmine Villa is on a large plot making the private pool the ideal place for family relaxation. Pool heating (recommended Nov-April inc.) can be booked in advance or at the time of your holiday, through our local Management Company. The patio furniture is excellent quality and there is plenty for everyone. There is a large games room as well as a further 'spare' room for your convenience.

Located within easy reach of many Golf courses.
Travel
It's located in Kissimmee within easy reach of all the major Theme Parkes (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc).
