Our beautiful villa is in a quiet location on the new lakeside development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake and is set in a gated community. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 people in 4 bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms. A further two people can be accommodated on a queensize sofa bed. It is an ideal area, being close to all amenities (including a 24 hour Wal Mart) and the theme parks, yet not too close to the hustle and bustle. The villa has a south facing pool and spa. Tower Lake Villa is fully air conditioned and has all the facilities you could need, including cable TV, DVD and CD players, Playstation 2 and games, PC with broadband, even inflatable pool toys! Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a short distance from Interstate 4 and is a straightforward drive from Orlando International airport. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, although arrival is not normally possible prior to 4pm and departure should be by 10am.

Outside
South facing pool approx 23ft by 16ft, and separate jacuzzi for soothing those tired feet and legs. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated at an additional charge. The rear of the villa has additional planting to give an added feeling of seclusion and privacy whilst your are using the pool area.
Coast/Beach
St Pete Beach in the Tampa/ Clearwater area is particularly pretty and only about an hour's drive away.
Golf
The highly rated Southern Dunes golf course is virtually next door to the development, with numerous other courses (including the excellent Champions Gate) only a short distance away. We recommend Diamond Back, a course that has been carved out of the Florida landscape and is particularly beautiful. It is is only a short drive away and very reasonably priced.
Travel
Nearest airport is Orlando International although Tower Lake Villa is not too far from Sanford and Tampa, in fact Miami airport is only a few hours drive away. Car hire is essential in the USA, and there are many companies to choose from.
Further details
There is a large 24 hour Wal Mart closeby, together with numerous restaurants and fast food outlets. There are also pharmacies, banks and all the other facilities you would expect in this part of Florida.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week secures your dates, with the balance being due about 10 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit will also be required, and this will be returned to you within 4 weeks of the end of your holiday. We accept payment by cheque (either UK pounds or US dollars) or credit card (using the Paypal system).
