The first floor also has laundry facilities. The ground floor master suite can be isolated from the main house for those in your party wishing for additional privacy. The townhouse has been furnished to a high standard. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental cost. Maids are available on request hired and payable locally.

The Resort has 24-hour guest check in and transport is available to most major theme park attractions. All guests at Regal Palms have access to the new private clubhouse and sports facilities. The private, gated grounds feature a very large tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, waterfalls and water slide, extensive sundecks and children’s play area. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shopping malls close at hand. Regal Palms is perfectly located for maximum enjoyment.

Coast/Beach
Both coasts are within easy reach by car. The Gulf coast is around 90 mins drive and the Atlantic 60 mins drive.

Regal Palms is situated adjacent to the beautiful 18 hole, par 72 golf course at Highlands Reserve.

Travel
Orlando airport approx 30 mins drive away. Sanford airport approx. 60 mins drive away.

Please note that Regal Palms charge a $10 per day (per party) fee for use of all the facilities.
Local shops are within walking distance from the complex. Regal Palms also provides transport to all major attractions. This has to be booked on site.

Booking notes
We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% on booking. The balance to paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A $250 security inprint of your credit card is required at check in to cover any potential damages. This will only be charged if damage occurs.
