The 3 bathrooms are a wonderful extra when accommodating a large family. 28’ x 14’ south facing, private heated pool with child safety net, pool blanket and roller. Covered patio area with overhead fan. Excellently maintained villa. fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room. Fabulous 52” high def TV, cable TV in every room. Play station 2 with games. Barbecue and safe provided. 3 hairdryers, one set of heated rollers and one set of hair straighteners. Children's videos books and toys. free use of cot, cot bedding, highchair and double buggy. Babies and children welcome. A real home from home.

Town Centre Reserve is a private, gated development, providing security and privacy to our guests for a quiet relaxing vacation. There are only 94 properties in a tranquil wooded conservation area. The development is one of the most sought-after holiday locations in Florida. We have a beautiful, extremely spacious, 3 bed/3 bathroom villa, maintained to the highest standards. All our guests are able to access the villa, directly from the airport when they arrive in Orlando. There is a lockbox at the front door, where you will be able to gain access to the villa key. Orlando Airport 30 mins. Sanford Airport 60 mins. Safe provided.

Accessibility
The whole of the villa is on one level and the accommodation is suitable for wheelchair access. We have had disabled guests stay at the villa many times and there have been no complaints whatsoever about any difficulty manoeuvring around. The extra large en-suite bathroom to the Family Bedroom is really useful.
Outside
28’ x 14’ south facing pool. The sun is at the rear of the villa all day long. A child safety net is provided, which may be erected around the pool when required. The whole pool is screened from insects and loose debris. When you have had a sometimes long, tiring day out and about, there is nothing quite like the luxury of chilling out back in the pool at the villa. It is so relaxing to be able to get in and float around. We have a multi-colour lighting system for the pool. At night, the pool can be 'lit-up' and you can swim under the stars. It really is lovely. The pool is one of the best things about the holiday! We have a covered patio area, providing welcome shade from the hot sun, complete with overhead fan. Sun beds, poolside table and chairs are all there, to complete the relaxing experience. Plenty of inflatable toys for the kids!
Coast/Beach
Town Centre Reserve is within 1 hours drive of the Gulf Coast Beaches at Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach.
Golf
The two nearest golf courses are: Reunion golf course Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson designed this recently finished state of the art golf course, is less than 5 minutes drive away.
World famous Champions Gate golf course and David Leadbetter Golf Academy are only 5 minutes drive away.
Numerous golf courses (far too many to mention!) are within 15 minute radius.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is approx. 30 minutes drive from the villa. Sanford Airport is approx. 60 minutes drive from the villa. The use of a car is recommended for your stay.

Please contact the owner for full details. A provisional booking may be made by telephone and will be held for 7 days, pending receipt of a completed booking form. A deposit of £125 per week booked is required with your booking form. Payment in full is required no later than eight weeks prior to the date booked.
