Our villa is part of the newest exclusive development Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. This elegant lakeside gated community resort is just south of the I4 on US 27 and only a 15 minute drive away from Disney. It serves as an ideal base to get to all the Florida attractions as well as several championship golf courses. It is also within minutes of a selection of restaurants, stores, pharmacy and the brand new Heart of Florida Hospital. It has been fitted out to the highest possible standard and far surpasses the quality of most holiday homes near Disney. Our Villa 'Xanadu' is a beautiful 5 bed 4.5 bath exquisite home. Set on a larger than average plot with 28 x 14 pool & 6 person spa, and especially extended private deck, the villa is a definition of relaxation and luxury.

Accessibility
The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair access. Master bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. The downstairs master bathroom is disabled and elderly friendly with horizontal and vertical Grab bars in the shower together wuth a heavy duty shower seat and in the toilet a hinged pull-up bar.
Outside
The focal point of the South facing fully floodlit patio area (quite deservedly) is the fabulous extra large 28 x 14 ft pool & spa (seats 6), which at the touch of a button becomes illuminated at night, allowing you to take full advantage of the pleasant Orlando nights. The pool comes with a child safety fence to ensure the welfare of your ‘little ones’. The covered Lanai has been fitted with overhead fan and there is plenty of upgraded comfortable patio furniture for all the family members to enjoy family dinners together, sunbathing or simply chilling out in the shade away from the direct sun. The outside of the pool area is surrounded by a plethora of tropical plants such as cat palms & crepe myrtles to enhance the wonderful tropical ambience of the place.

There are 2 major supermarkets within a 3 minute drive of Tower Lake. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, bars and take aways within a 5 minute drive Blockbusters is just over the road and the Heart of Florida Hospital is just a 5 minute drive away.
Booking notes
Payment can be made by credit card at the Villa Xanadu web site at no extra cost. Stays of less than 5 days are subject to a $90 cleaning charge. A £150 / $250 deposit is required when booking is made. If less than 8 weeks full amount is required. Pool /spa heat £90 / $160 per week recommended Oct/April. Security deposi tof £150/$250 refundable upon return.
