This apartment has a furnished outdoor barbecue area and shared heated pool in a private gated community. It is a short walk to miles of sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches. The condo is a short walk to numerous restaurants and the historic downtown St. Pete beach! There is always lots going on at the beach and in the area. Such as festivals, outside bazaars and markets, beach boating activities and night casino cruises are all close by. A secure gated building whose facilities include a laundry room with several washers & dryers, a games room, outside grille and unit reserved parking for two cars.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The unit is cleaned and prepared prior to checking with an ample supply of linens, towels, soaps and toiletries. There is a full supply of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and dishwasher supplies. The unit is equipped with a phone. |
Notes on accommodation
Full comfort climate control air conditioning/heating (although you will never need it) is available in unit. Ceiling fans throughout unit in both bedrooms and 2 in living room area. This unit is on the 2nd floor, so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
Outside
Gated community has heated pool featuring ample outdoor furniture, barbecue area. This unit overlooks the pool through 2 huge windows.
Coast/Beach
500 steps to the Gulf of Mexico.
Golf

Skiing
Are you kidding... it's Florida! Water skiing, paragliding, jet ski or bring your snow skis and practice in the 80 degree sand.
