Notes on prices
The rates are for the apartment and not per person and include 12% tax but exclude cleaning at $65 plus tax per stay payable locally. Max. 6 people may stay in the apartment during any one booking period (At least one person over the age of 21). Should more accommodation be required this can easily be arranged. These rates are substantially cheaper than rates advertised by the resort or tour operators.

Changeover day
Arrive and depart any day of the week, minimum 3 nights. Check in is from 4pm on day of arrival. Check-out is usually by 10am on day of departure, but a late check-out may be requested for a nominal extra charge.

Other: Spacious dining area with large dining table. The balcony extends across the whole of rear of the property and has several seating areas. There is a company in Orlando that provides rental of all baby items for guest needs, should you need anything else.

Bahama Bay Resort Clubhouse with 24-hour Reception, includes relaxing lounge areas, bar and grill, children's playroom and mini cinema, internet cafe, small shop, DVD hire, gym, sauna and shower facilities, Health Spa and Salon. The Resort has 4 heated swimming pools, hot-tubs, walking trails, tennis/basketball court, Kiddies pool and playground, full service restaurant and tiki bar, lovely sandy beach with volleyball area and fishing dock located on the shore of Lake Davenport.

The Falcon Fire Golf club located right in Kissimmee on Seralago Boulevard 18 hole, 72 par, Rees Jones signature course promises both seasoned players as well as inexperienced novices an enjoyable challenge. The MetroWest Country Club in Orlando, voted in one of central Florida 's top 5 courses ‘one of the best greens in the state’ claims Golf Digest. The demanding but fair course was designed by world famous golf architect, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It features 100 foot elevations, water challenges and sand bunkers. Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club is only 12 minutes southwest of the Walt Disney World area attractions. The 18 hole course features water and/or wetlands across its rolling ranch lands. The par 72 championship course has four tee serves to meet the needs of players of different skill levels. The Black Bear Golf Club located in Eustis not only contains a superior 18 hole course but includes a complete practice facility, double ended driving range.
