Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned with all modern conveniences, we provide a welcome pack for all guests and are only too happy to help and no query is too small. Free local and International telephone calls and Wireless Internet Access is provided. Our excellent management company Definitive Inc are available 24 hours a day with an ADT Alarm and Safe for your added safety and security. There is cable TV, DVD or a Video in every room, with a selection of DVD's and Video's, a PlayStation 2 and X-Box both with 8 Games, Toys and Games for all ages, hi-fi, chess set. Our large living area has patio doors which open up straight on to a beautiful extended South West Facing pool and sun deck with a pool alarm for safety. The 2 master bedrooms are en-suite with walk in wardrobes and patio doors which also open up on to the pool and sun deck. The two twin bedrooms are Disney themed, one is Mickey and Minnie, the other is Winnie the Pooh and Friends.

Please note all sales and resort taxes are included in the price. We offer a 10% discount on all advertised prices for military and emergency service personnel. 10% discount for 3 week bookings. 15% discount for bookings of 4 weeks or more. Pool heating is £70 per week, if required, thank you. Unfortunately there is a cleaning and linen charge of $95 for all guest booking of 3 nights or less.

Our beautiful fully screened large extended private heated swimming pool and sun deck is south west facing with patio furniture and pool toys for 12. There is a pool alarm for your safety and convenience with a George Forman elecric BBQ, pool and outdoor lighting.
Coast/Beach
Space Coast, Daytona Beach and Coco Beach are approx an hour's drive away. St. Petes and Clearwater are approx 1½ hour's drive away.
Golf
Our luxury villa is located opposite the brand new luxury reunion resort and golfing complex, with courses designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicholas. Champion's gate golfing complex is approximately 2 miles away and was designed by Greg Norman. Disney, highlands reserve and southern dunes are approx 10-15 mins away.
Travel
Orlando international airport is approx a 20-25 mins drive away. Sanford international airport is approx an hours drive away.

10 mins to Walt Disney World. 20 mins to Sea World and Discovery Cove. 25 mins to Universal Studios. 60 mins to Bush Gardens. 10 mins to Kissimmee and Old Town. 15 mins to Lake Buena Vista Outlet Shopping mall. 15 mins to Orlando Premium Outlet Mall. 30 mins to Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall. 2 mins to Champion's Gate Shopping Complex with it's array of Shops including Publix Supermarket, McDonalds, Subway and Chemist.
Booking notes
Please note when making a booking a £100 deposit is required to confirm it with our management company. Pool heating is available for £70 per week. 10% discount for all military and emergency service personnel. 10% discount for 3 week bookings. 15% discount for bookings of 4 weeks or more. I am so sorry but we do charge a $85.00 for the cleaning and linen service for guests who stay for 3 nights or less.

Just wanted to say that we had an absolutely brilliant holiday at your villa and thank you for all the info. and help you gave us. the villa was so well equipped - i could not believe how many toys etc. there were. My son loved playing with all the new things and swimming in the pool. Thank you so much for the generous welcome pack. This was a great help as we ended up not arriving until about 9pm so we were very grateful, especially for the tea bags!
