Master bedroom has king-size bed with fully equipped newly refurbished bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and a convertible sleeper sofa to sleep up to 4 people in this room. Separate bathroom just for this room. Huge living room with a settie which converts into a double bed (to sleep additional two people). Kitchen comes with dishwasher, washer-dryer, iron with ironing board, oven and micro, fridge and freezer, cooking utensils and place settings and glassware for 8. Cable TV in rooms. Notes on accommodation
The villas are part of a resort, so nothing could be more suitable for children - in the 25-acre park they can run around safely. Go to the beach only 5 mins. away and when it gets too hot, retire into your spacious 'home away from home' villa which stands in this beautiful lushly wooded ground that will provide you with the shade you long for. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. There is not pool heating charge - the pool is always heated to a set degree for your convenience.
Accessibility
Excellent wheelchair access - no steps at all! Villa is very spacious, big patio doors, spacious lanai. Easy access to pool and clubhouse (few steps only) as my two villas are right in the pool area.
Outside
The newly resurfaced large free-style resort swimming pool is heated and cooled all year round with a separate powerful jacuzzi beside.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive from world-renowned Siesta Beach with its white powdery sand.
Golf
The resort is surrounded by 30 Championship Golf courses, neighbours to the prestigious PGA Tournament Players Club of Prestancia. The ideal location - enjoy playing a different course every day just at the doorstep of your own villa.
