Our luxury two storey villa is beautifully furnished throughout and situated in the established quiet semi-residential community of Oak Island Harbor at Formosa Gardens, in Kissimmee, Florida. Overlooking a lake in an exclusive area of Formosa Gardens, the villa is just 10 minutes away from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld. The villa has its own large, screened and heated swimming pool and decking area.

The Atlantic coast (Cocoa Beach) is approx 45 minutes drive away and the Gulf coast (Clearwater) is approx 90 minutes drive away.

There are many Golf courses nearby.
Travel
Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away, and Sanford International 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, and the Disney Waters Parks) is only 10 minutes drive, and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld, just 20 minutes.

Local shops for all your self-catering needs are only within 5 minutes drive. There you will find a wide choice of International restaurants, several Shopping Plazas, with Supermarkets, Chemist, fast food outlets, and a Bank.
The villa is professionally managed by our experienced local Management Company, who are available for emergencies, 24 hours a day.
Booking notes
Minimum stay of 7 days. A deposit of £50 per week is payable upon booking, with the balance (plus a £150 refundable damage security deposit) due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Optional pool heating is £100 per week. All rates are inclusive of all utility charges (electricity, water etc.), plus an end of rental clean, and Florida Resort Taxes. For the comfort of all of our guests, the villa is non-smoking.
