All the amenities you will need are located at the entrance to Woodridge on Highway 27. The villa is single storey and air conditioned throughout situated on the well kept sub-division of the Clear Creek estate. Open the front door and you will walk into a spacious lounge area with a dining table set off to the right. Follow the corridor which leads to the double bedroom, large games room, bathroom, twin bedroom and children's room. Walk through the lounge into the family room where you can relax and watch your favourite movie. The master bedroom is on this side of the house with views over the pool to the lake. Patio doors open up to the lanai and pool where you can sit in the shade or catch the rays on the decking area. Keep your eyes open for wildlife.

All doors leading to pool are alarmed for the safety of your children. The main rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The barbecue is outside the pool is a screened area. This is a non-smoking villa.

Car hire essential (arrange preferably before departure)for collection at airport. Orlando International Airport 1/2 hour. Sanford International Airport 1 hour.

International Drive, 15 minutes. There are many golf courses within the area. Disney World, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon 15 minutes, Wet and Wild 25 minutes. Sea World and Discovery Cove 20 minutes. Busch Gardens 1 hour. Down Town Disney 15 minutes. Old Town 15 minutes. MGM. Arabian Nights 25 minutes.
