Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day however this is flexible dependent on availability.

Outside
Our villa has its own screened 26' x 13' designer swimming pool with screen enclosure and jacuzzi spa for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own home. There is also a pool table with 4 chairs and 2 loungers. A BBQ is also provided free of charge. It is recommended that you purchase pool and spa heating from October - March at an extra charge of £80/$140 per week.
Golf
There are also numerous golf courses nearby that are suited to all standard of golfer from beginner to professional (visit the website for details).

Further details
Shops: There is a 'Walgreens' at the entrance to Glenbrook which is ideal for last minute and forgotten items such as milk, sugar, coffee, juice, etc. However, 1 mile south along the US27 there is a 'Winn Dixie' 24-hour supermarket (in the same shopping area there is a good pizza store and they do deliver!) and on the 192 there are a couple of shopping areas containing large 'Publix' supermarkets that contain deli's and also stock a range of English favourites. For brand-name clothing and gifts, the 'Beltz' Factory Outlet is located at the north end of International Drive (access via 192, I4 Orlando, exit Sand Lake Road), Florida Mall (access via 192, I4 Orlando exit Sand Lake Road, continue east to Orange Blossom Trail) and 'Premier Outlets' (access via 192, I4 Orlando exit onto 536) all make good shopping events. For very upmarket shopping, try the Mall at Millenia (near Universal Studios) - they actually have valet parking! All of the above malls are within a 25 minute drive.
Restaurant: Numerous dining opportunities exist on the 192. Recommendations include 'Out Back' Steak House, TGI Fridays and Carrabbas Italian Restaurant. Further afield, but well worth the trip, is a French restaurant 'Le coq au Vin' situated on 4800 South Orange Avenue. There are many buffet-style 'all you can eat' restaurants including Chinese, Italian, fish and lobster, steak & ribs. There's also the old favourites with the children like Pizza Hut - not forgetting McDonalds, of course! For those of you missing Premiership football there is Beef O’Bradys restaurant and bar just 3 miles from the Resort. Daily shuttle to Theme Parks. Available from clubhouse (payable locally…$10 return per person for Disney).

A 10% deposit is taken on confirmation of the booking with the final payment due 8 weeks before departure.
A security deposit of £200 is also required.
