Hampton Lakes is an exciting development of exclusive luxuriously appointed homes set amongst orange groves, where the sparkling pools create an atmosphere of relaxing peace and tranquility. A wonderful haven from the excitement of the Orlando theme parks. The ‘Hampton Lakes’ development is situated just off the US27 Highway, approx 2 miles south of US192 at Kissimmee and as such, is ideally located. Theme Parks, shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses are all a short distance away. The community has it's own facilities including: children’s playground, tennis court, basketball court and additional swimming pool. We have already mentioned the abundance of luxuriously manicured golf courses with wonderfully lush receptive greens to suit golfers at all levels of competence and all are within a 30 min drive from your villa. There are 2 major supermarkets only 5 mins drive from your villa.

Notes on accommodation
The property all air conditioned, is open plan and tastefully decorated with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. The accommodation is situated over 2 floors and a games room is situated in the large double garage with pool table, table football/air hockey, darts, giant dominoes and giant chess etc. Garage is still operational if needed by moving games equipment. A cot, highchair, stroller and stair gates are available if required free of charge. Please note this property is non smoking. Free wireless Internet access is available in this villa.. It may also be possible to rent the 3 bedroom villa next door owned by friends; this would be especially useful for larger parties wishing adjacent accommodation.

Accessibility
A lightweight foldable wheelchair is available to use free of charge. This saves greatly on hire charges in the parks/ malls etc. Please advise if needed when booking.

Outside
The property has an extended pool area with a 26ft x 14ft pool which has the option of heating. The patio is south west facing, catching the sun from mid morning until early evening. The surrounding garden area is planted with a variety of shrubs and the pool is surrounded on the outside of the garden area by a privacy fence.
Patio furniture, cushions, loungers and outdoor crockery/utensils are provided. There is also a removable child safety barrier around the pool. Ground floor windows and patio doors to pool have bleep alarms attached to them which activate upon opening.

Coast/Beach
The white sandy beach of Daytona is approx 1.5 hour drive away or head to the westcoast and visit bustling Clearwater or St Petersburg.

Golf
If golf is your great love, then you are in the ideal place. The Highland Reserve Golf Course is just a wedge shot away and there are 11 public pay and play courses within 30 miles, not to mention the more exclusive golf clubs you could visit.

Travel
The nearest airports are Orlando International which is approx 30 mins drive away, Sanford Airport approx 50 mins and the added options of Tampa (2 hours) or Miami (4 Hours). All are easily accessible.

Distances
Located off Highway 27 approx 2 miles south of the western end of Highway 192 (the main highway through Kissimmee). Hampton Lakes is only mins away from Orlando’s many attractions: 12 mins from World Drive the entrance to Disney World (Animal Kingdo, Epcot Cente, MGM, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, Disney Village). 20 mins from Sea World and 30 mins from Universal Studio.

There are 2 major supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants and bars within a 5 minute drive from your villa, plus all the national chain and world renown restaurants to be found the length of Highway 192.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made by email or telephone. A deposit is required with 7 days of a verbal booking of £100 per week and £100 per week refundable security deposit. This second deposit is refunded with 14 days of departure after a satisfactory inspection of the property. Brochure available on request.
