This home is less than 3 miles to Disney, the closest you can get, and walking distance of Highway 192 near Marker 10, and walking distance of the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall and a brand new Walmart...yet despite this, it is an extremely quiet and safe area.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with 6 foot bed, cable tv and bathroom ensuite, doors to the pool. Second bedrooom with 5 foot bed, cable tv and opposite the family bathroom. Third large bedroom contains 3 x twin beds...make another 6 foot bed, linen is supplied. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a bathroom ensuite to the master with huge walk in shower, and a wash area with 2 basins. The family bathroom has a low bathtub. This room can be accessed with a wheelchair, and grab handles have been added at the toilet and bath. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with full cooker, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge freezer, eating area, and full of all small electrical appliances you would expect. |
| Utility Room: | Large washer and drier, extra sink, iron, ironing board etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with ample seating and a dining area. Cable tv, dvd, video player. Ceiling fans, as in all rooms. Full ceramic tile. Veiw of the private pool. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
ALL linen is supplied, with plenty of spare. The home is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you leave. Should you wish the cleaner to come in during your stay, we can arrange that at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
Whilst you have your own very very private pool, you may also use the huge private locked community pool (good place to meet others especially for your children) and you may use the private tennis courts and childrens playground. The key for these facilities is available in the home for you. It is only a very short walk away.

Accessibility
The property can be accessed up a small 4 inch step. The doors in the home (apart from the master bathroom) can all be accessed with a wheelchair. We have added grab handles at the toilet and into the very low bath in the family bathroom. We have had several very successful rentals with wheelchair users but please check for specific needs.
Outside
The private pool is approx 30 x 16 x 6 foot deep max, and is surrounded by a HUGE deck area which is in full sun all day, apart from the covered area, much needed for some shade. We have supplied enough loungers for EVERYONE and there is outdoor dining table and chairs as well. A BBQ container is also supplied. The pool can be heated at extra cost. You may also use the huge private community pool and tennis courts as well.
Coast/Beach
Drive about an hour to the Space Coast, Cape Canaveral etc, or in the other direction less than 2 hours to the Gulf Coast. Meanwhile within a few minutes drive, we do have many water parks.
Golf
We are next door to Falcons Fire Golf and many many other courses are within a few minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International, which is about 25 minutes very easy drive away. Orlando Sandford is further away...most likely take an hour. Whilst you can survive in this area without a hire car...we have a family who regularly does so..using Lynx buses and cabs...it is strongly advised that you rent a car.
Distances
We are walking distance to Highway 192 near the indoor flea market, Old Town etc, and many many restaurents. You can also easily walk to the nearest Walmart, open 24/7, and the Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, and for those who want a bar, the famous Cheers bar is very walkable.
Further details
There are several internet cafes within a 2 minute drive, as are video and dvd rental stores.
Booking notes
A booking/security deposit is required to hold the home. Full rental (on top of security) is required 10 weeks prior to rental commencing. Keys are sent to you before you leave the UK or for American/Canadian renters, we inform you of the lockbox collection details at the home. The security deposit is refunded after rental once the cleaner has checked the home for loss or damage, and once the keys have been safely returned to us.
