Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned, includes ‘pack and play crib’, highchair, child booster seat, stroller and child safety bed rails. Folding shopping cart to make bringing in groceries a one trip exercise. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed in our condos.
Accessibility
All condo units are accessible via dual centrally located elevators in the buildings. There are no flights of stairs to climb unless you want to.
Outside
All resort amenities included with price. Clubhouse features double Olympic sized pool with waterslide and splash pool. Simulated beach access provided. Our hot tub is an excellent stop at days end after trekking thru the theme parks. Also at clubhouse is 42 seat private movie theatre, game room w/billiards, fitness room, and convenience store. Shuttle service to theme parks is available. We also have a wonderful themed children's playground plus RV parking and newly opened tennis court recreational facility with night lights. Windsor Hills Resort is a destination spot in its own right.
Coast/Beach
Approx 1 hour drive to Florida's famous east coast beaches and Daytona International Speedway. The west coast is approx 1½ hour away.
Golf
Mystic Dunes 18 hole championship golf course is located right next door to Windsor Hills. Within a half hour drive from our resort are at least 16 other excellent courses including Champion's Gate and Highlands Reserve plus the Disney courses. If you came to play golf, you came to the right place.
Travel
Orlando international airport (MCO) is located approx a 25 minute drive to Windsor Hills Resort via toll road.
Distances
2 miles to Walt Disney World. 10 miles to Sea World and Universal. 1 hour to Kennedy Space Center. 35 minutes to Fantasy Of Flight Air Museum.
Further details
Restaurants galore, shops, shows, outlet malls etc are all located a stone's throw from Windsor Hills Resort. There is a mind boggling assortment of things to see and do in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. A walk in emergency clinic is located 3 traffic lights west of Windsor Hills in the Outback shopping center.
