Fantastic location 2 miles from Disney. Our luxury home is situated in the quite location of Rolling Hills 5 mins to Disney, close to several shopping malls and many golf courses. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families. It has been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards. Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk). It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer. An Informal dining area, a family room, an elegant sitting room and formal dining area. A large games room with pool table, air hockey and numerous games for all ages. The south facing swimming pool has an adjoining hot tub, there is a large deck area with sun loungers and a covered lanai area with table and chairs for outside dining and a BBQ. Other extras are several TVs, DVD player, cable TV, VCR, PlayStation, Internet access, safe, strollers, highchair, cot, baby bouncer and baby listener.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. There will be an additional charge of $80 for cleaning if a booking is for 5 days or less.

Outside
We have a south facing private pool (heat is available if requested at an extra charge) with adjoining hot tub. There is a large patio area with chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered area with table and chairs for outside dining. There is a BBQ. The outside area is covered with a fine mesh screen to protect you from the insects and mossies.
Coast/Beach
There are a few beaches about an hour drive from the house.
Golf
There are many very good golf courses including Disney's and the world centres within the easy reach of the house.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando International which is approx 20 mins. Tampa airport is approx 45 mins.
Distances
The house is 5 mins from the Theme Parks. Supermarket, chemist bank and restaurants very close by.
Booking notes
A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required at time of booking. Balance is required 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 against breakages/damage will also be required with the final payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company. All rates are subject to 13% Florida tourist taxes. There is an extra charge for pool heat at £110 per week (advised between November and March). Please confirm at time of booking.
