1 minutes walk from the most beautiful white sandy beach, the cottages are set in a tropically landscaped garden surroundung a free form pool with waterfall. Starfish, Seahorse and Shell Cottage have all been newly renovated and comfortably furnished with everything you could need to ensure your holiday starts from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect for a quiet holiday but you are within easy reach either by foot, Trolley bus, bike, or car to restaurants and shops. The area is a nature reserve so you will see flocks of Parrots and from the Beach will be able to watch the Dolphins play and the Pelicans dive. The 3 cottages share the pool, but Starfish also has its own private garden, barbecue and small garage with beach chairs etc. Seahorse and Shell share the other garage which has a washer / dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs and barbecue. All cottages have dishwashers, microwaves, cookers, toasters, teapots and everything hopefully you will need.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in sterling pounds and are subject to US taxes at 10.5%. Monthly rates are available on request. Refundable security/damage deposit of (£200 - £350) at the time of booking. A discount will apply if the week before 23rd December or after 2nd January is also booked making a 14 night reservation. 2009 rates available on request. Please contact us for late availability special offers.
Changeover day
Change over days are flexible so we are happy for you to book 7 nights or any no over 7 eg. arrive on a Saturday and leave on a Thursday. Check out time is 10.30am and check in time is 3pm. We do charge an extra $50-00 for check outs on Sundays.

Notes on accommodation
All units have full air conditioning and heating.
All 3 cottages share the tropically landscaped pool with waterfall. The pool has loungers tables and chairs. It is quite deep and not suitable for young children or inflatables.
Shell and Seahorse cottage share the 2nd garage for storage of beach chairs and barbacue. They also share the use of a large washer / dryer, ironing board and iron, which is all kept in the garage.
Outside
Heated pool with waterfall in tropically landscaped garden, for the use of the renters of the 3 cottages only. Tables, chairs and loungers and a hammock surround the pool. Pool is not suitable for young children or inflatables. Starfish cottage has a separate private garden. Seahorse also has a small private sitting area. Beach chairs and barbecues (grills) can be found in the garage.
Coast/Beach
1 minutes walk to the fantastic white sandy Beach that stretches from one end of the Island to the other. It is never crowded and you can sit and see Dolphins playing in the shallows, Pelicans dive and the Ibis run as well as Herons, Terns, Plover, Snipes and numerous other forms of wildlife. A true nature lovers paradise. The Anna Maria end of the Island is a nature reserve with bicycle
paths you can wander the quiet lanes and see flocks of Parrots & sometimes have to overtake a tortoise.

Anna Maria is a wonderful island, full of friendly, helpful people. It has great restaurants that cater for every taste. Hop on and off the island's free trolly bus. Visit the little antique, clothing, gift, craft and book shops. Visit the spa or gym, hire a boat, or fish from one of the many piers. Bike along the bike tracks or walk along the 7 miles of White Sandy beach and enjoy the numerous unusual sea birds, watch Pelicans dive, Dolphins play in the shallows, and the Ibis run. Take a visit to Longboat key across one of the 3 bridges. Shop in Amardas circle or visit the Arts in Sarasota. Do a day trip to one of the Adventure Parks. Surf or skim board, go parasailing, windsurfing, kayacking or jetskiing. Or just snorkle for sand dollars. A place where you can do as much or as little as you want. A perfect place for family holidays.
With beach bars, 4 restaurants on different piers, one that will cook the fish that your children or you have just caught. Romantic candlelit restaurants with excellent service, great food and music.
French, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Americian, as well as takeaways and delivery services.
Wonderful clothes, surf, antique, craft, gift shops and markets. A large Publix Supermarket that sells everything. A few grocery stores that are open very long hours and one on Pine Avenue that will even deliver to your door.
The Island has a gym & fitness center, spa, library with books, DVDs, Videos and Computers. Internet Cafe, tennis, skateboard park. Rental shops for anything from Bikes, electric scooters, kayaks, to childrens toys, cots, cribs, highchairs and beach strollers.
There is also a free Trolly bus that travels round and round the Island with a stop at each stop. Max wait, I believe, is 20 minutes.
