Serendipity is a beautifully appointed fully air conditioned, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury family home consisting of 2 en-suite master suites with 2 further twin bedded rooms (can be doubles) sharing a further bathroom. WIFI internet access. The oversized pool and spa (heating optional) are southerly facing so ideal to soak up the sun, for those who prefer the shade there is a large covered lanai. The patio deck has loungers and a dining table and chairs, full gas BBQ available on request. For the comfort of all of our guests this is a non-smoking property (smoking is permitted around pool and deck). Our villa is close to the I-4, and just off highway 27 so a perfect location for all the Disney attractions approx. 10-15 mins drive. We have over 50 golf courses within a 30 mile radius of the villa. Community facilities include tennis and basketball courts, football pitch and children’s play parks. Local shops, restaurants and 24-hour shopping (Wal-mart) are all within 2 mins.

Changeover day
On the day of departure we request that guest please vacate the villa by 11.00am. If a later checkout time is required please advise at time of booking.

Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned during the summer months and can be heated during the cooler months if required. The villa is situated on a larger than average piece of land and therefore is not overlooked. NOW has WIFI Internet Connection, just bring your own laptop. Also available are 2 car booster seats and a lightweight stroller. If your flight is arriving in the early hours we can provide a welcome pack at an additional charge if required.

Accessibility
Doors are wide enough for wheelchair access. Wheelchair access available to pool area via the Master Bedroom patio doors. Also the bathroom between the two twin bedded rooms has a low sided bath.
Outside
The stunning ovesized swimming pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee (recommended Oct-Apr)and comes complete with a child safety fence to prevent little ones entering the pool un-supervised (can be removed if required). Sun loungers and table and chairs are also available. Large gas BBQ available on request. Football pitch, tennis and basketball court and children's play area are all within a 2 minute walk around the Orange Tree community.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) is approx 45 mins drive away, the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) is approx a 90 mins drive, whilst Daytona beach for any car racing fans is an hour and a half/two hour drive away.
Golf
There are approx 8 golf courses within an 8 minute drive from the villa, however there are over 50 within a 30 mile radius, including the Championship Courses of Champions Gate Golf Resort (designed by Greg Norman, Celebration Golf Club, Legends Golf and Country Club and Kings Ridge to name just a few). We can provide more information on all courses if required including public courses, green fees etc.
Travel
Orlando international airport is a 25 min drive. Orlando Sandford is 45 min drive. Car hire is essential. We can help with sourcing flights, car hire and Disney Tickets if required, please just ask when making your enquiry.
Distances
All Disney Theme Parks 10-15 mins(8 miles). Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure 20-25 mins. International drive 20 mins. Seaworld 25 mins. Bush Gardens 45-60 mins (serving UK Military personnel maybe able to get in free of charge into this Theme Park - saving over $150 for a family of 4 please ask at ticket desk).
Further details
Beuna Vista shopping includes, Gap, Osh Kosh, Dress Barn, Old Navy, Perfume Outlet and many more 30 mins. Florida Mall Highway 57 inc. Sears (local mall-cheaper prices) 30 mins. Wal-mart, Publix and Walgreens 24 hour supermarkets 2-15 min drive away. Fast Food Outlets Taco Bell, Long John Silvers, Subway, Pizza, Chinese etc - 2-10 min drive. The majority of takeaways within the local area deliver to the door.

Mr Kareem Spratling (St Petersberg, Florida) 04/01/08 - We were all very impressed with this beautiful, well furnished house. It was both spacious and quiet and the pool and hot tub were a blast. Another nice touch is that unlike some of the villas, the neighbors aren't too close for comfort. The only suggestion I would have is that if you stay in the winter months, make sure the pool heat is turned on before you arrive.
