Our luxuriously upgraded house is the largest type available on Regal Palms and has a whitewashed pine floor in the living area. We supply everything for your stay including dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc, BBQ, and free use of a SatNav. The resort offers luxurious hotel style facilities with the economy of staying in very spacious self-catering accommodation. The clubhouse features a 24x7 reception, indoor/outdoor dining, pool snacks and drinks, internet cafe and children's games room. An adjacent building houses a gym, spa and beauty complex. A fantastic tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, hot tub, waterslide, central island and extensive sun decks. Supermarket, restaurants and takeaways are a short walk from the resort and a huge array of restaurants 10 mins away. The 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course is a 3 minute drive away. Coast/Beach
Being situated on the west side of Orlando has the added advantage that the Gulf coast beaches of St. Petes and Clearwater are only a 90 minute drive away. Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are under 90 minutes away.
Golf
Highlands Reserve golf course is a 3 minute drive away on a nature reserve setting. "This par 70 championship Mike Dasher design offers pine tree lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, flat undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers." Special rates for our guests.
Travel
Orlando International Airport - 35 minutes.
Sandford Airport - 65 minutes.
Distances
Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaways, banks shops are a short walk or 1 minute drive away. A Walmart is only a 5 minute drive (only 1 of 3 in Orlando). A vast array of restaurants are situated along US192 (10-20 minutes). Disney is a 15 min drive, Sea World 20 mins, I-Drive 25 mins, Universal 30 mins, Busch Gardens 60 mins, Gulf coast beaches 90 minutes.

Booking notes
20% deposit at time of confirmation, balance 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment by cheque/bankers draft/transfer (Pounds, Euros or USD), credit card or PayPal. Regal Palms Resort charge $10 per night (NOT per person) resort fee, this allows unlimited use of the resort facilities including the Disney shuttle bus but excludes spa and beauty treatments. The resort fee is paid directly to the resort at check in.
