Any remaining dates for 2008 reduced to £400 per week! Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For any bookings of 14 days or longer, please contact us to negotiate a discount. Minimum stay 4 nights. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning cost of £50.
Changeover day
Flexible. Check in can be from 4pm onwards and guests should check out by 10am on the day of departure.

| Kitchen: | You will love the kitchen! American style fridge/freezer, including ice and water dispenser, cooker with hob, dishwasher, waste disposer; microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, all crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Utility situated off the kitchen. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living room that opens out onto the lanai. It has a TV and comfy sofas, one of which opens out into a bed. There is also a stereo/CD player available for your use. |
| Other: | Dining room and separate breakfast room situated off the kitchen. Games room has just been finished. This has pool, football and air hockey tables, 52" TV and DVD player, with bar table and stools. It is a 'road trip' theme with working traffic lights! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen and bath towels are provided. However it is up to guests to launder them and change beds. Free use of a brand new cot and highchair if required. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is air conditioned throughout. The bedrooms, lounge, games room and lanai also have the benefit of ceiling fans for extra ventilation. Free telephone calls to UK, USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. Wireless intenet access now available.

Outside
The pool is 30' x 15'. There is a 7' jacuzzi, which has a waterfall flowing from it, directly into the pool. Both are heated, at an additional cost. This is recommended from approx October to April. There is an extended pool deck, and this is all covered by a net, to give protection from the bugs! The lanai is again a large area, which offers much needed shade from about 10am onwards, and then throughout the day. The pool however, has the sun on it from sunrise until approx 5pm. Outside the netted area, there are surrounding lawns, and a fence at the rear of the property for added privacy. There is a child safety screen in front of the pool, for added peace of mind if visiting with young children
Coast/Beach
Both the Gulf Coast and the east coast are easily accessible from the property. The east coast is about 1 hour away, while the Gulf coast is 1½ hours drive.
Golf
Champions Gate Golf Course 1 mile. This has a championship course designed by Greg Norman. Reunion resort 1.5 miles. The courses here have been designed by Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and a new one opening this year, designed by Jack Nicklaus
Travel
Orlando international airport is approx 25 mins away. Sanford airport can be reached within about 40 mins. The nearest junction of the Interstate 4 is 2 miles away.
Distances
Disney World 7 miles away. Universal Studios 15 miles.

Booking notes
A deposit of £150 per week will need to be paid within 7 days of all bookings being made. The balance will fall due 10 weeks prior to occupancy. On arrival, a refundable security deposit will be taken, by way of a credit card imprint by our agents. If pool heating is required, this is available at the additional cost of £95 per week. Please note that the property is strictly smoke and pet free.
