This truly is the way to enjoy a vacation in sunny Florida our motto is ‘our house is near the mouse’. To relax we have a private south facing pool and spa to enjoy the sunshine all day, but if you don’t like it hot take shade under the lanai. 10 minutes from Disney World and parks. A great convenient location for restaurants, Wal-Mart’s, shops, outlets and malls and more.

Changeover day
The rental period consists of a Saturday to Saturday bookings however other periods are occasionally available. The Villa is available for occupation from 4pm local time on day of arrival and must depart by 10am on day of departure.

Outside
Private pool and spa (heating available) with large decking area, patio set provided with table chairs and sunloungers. The pool faces south so the sun shines all day (a shaded lanai area with overhead fan for those who prefer the cooler weather). There are security screens around the pool to keep small children safe - these can be removed very easily by an adult.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Coco beach. Approx 1 - 2 hours from the Atlantic or Gulf coast with beautiful white sands and a breath taking sunset.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in Kissimmee.
Travel
30 mins Orlando airport. 50 mins Sandford airport. 10 mins Disney attractions. 15 mins international drive. 5 mins Old Town. 15 mins Florida Mall. 2 mins Wall mart shops. Car hire is essential and companies such as Alamo, Dollar, Budget, Avis all have airport pick ups.
Further details
If you have any time left or your vacation along the 192 on Friday and Saturday 'Old Town' is where classic car cruises are not to be missed. If you fancy a real Rodeo the genuine article is just 10/15 mins again on Friday and Saturday nights. A visit to Disney Celebration City is where you will find 1st class shops, restaurants and cinema complex all done in art deco; the town is all pastel shades and picker fencing. You can pick up lots of information magazines free from hotels and restaurants with money off coupons.
Booking notes
You are required to forward a (non refundable) deposit of £100 per week to secure a booking. Full payment 8 weeks before departure or at time of confirmation if a late booking is made. A security deposit of £200 is also needed before departure; this will be fully refundable on a damage free report from our Management Company, usually 2-3 weeks after vacating the villa.
