A comfortable furnished home located in a quiet cul-de-sac over looking the golf course. The villa is privately owned with a large garage and off-road parking. We have a management company only a phone call away if you have any needs day or night. There are several golf courses in the immediate area, theme parks only 15 mins away, and not forgetting the malls where the bargains are to be had. Our aim is to provide a safe comfortable memorable holiday you could say a 'home away from home'.

Changeover day
Flexible change over days. Entry to the property is from 4pm on day of arrival. Property to be vacated by 11am on departure day.

Golf
Meadow Woods can be seen out of patio window which is a public course. Hunters Creek is 5 mins drive, the longest golf course in Florida. Celebrations Disney’s own Golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, well maintained course. Many many more courses in the near by area.
Travel
Car is advised to be used whilst you stay. Orlando International airport is 15 mins drive, Sandford is 30 mins away. Also you can use the public transport on the main road to central Orlando.
Distances
15-20 mins to all major Theme Parks, i.e. Sea World, Disney and Universal Studios etc. Kennedy Space Centre is app 45 mins drive.
Further details
2 mins drive is all the shops you will need, take aways (Chinese, pizza, KFC, etc) restaurants also Blockbusters, bank, chemist and supermarkets.
