It boasts a huge master bedroom with ensuite plus 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) (and a separate den with its own Queen sized pull out sofa bed and 32" TV). There are 2 dining areas-seating 6 (formal and breakfast room) a fully equipped kitchen. Separate utility room housing a large American washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside we have an electrically heated (optional) swimming pool (30x15) and oversized patio and lania area. Two adult bikes for guests use. Extra large garage with lots of pool toys.

Outside
The villa has an oversized patio and the lania is fully furnished with table, 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and gas BBQ. The larger than average sized pool has three waterfalls with optional electric heat provided.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated only 10 minutes from four of the finest, whitest sandiest beaches, clear tropical waters, exotic vegetation and abundant wildlife combine to make your trip unforgettable. Bottle nosed Dolphins are the stars as well as tropical birds - egrets, great herons, pelicans, eagles, osprey, cormorants and during the winter months giant white pelicans. Great for the kids to gather shells, gather sharks teeth and Pelican watching.
Travel
Use of car essential. Tampa airport 1 hr 20 mins. Orlando 2 hrs 30 mins. Sanford and Miami 3 hrs. Fort Myers 1 hr 15 mins.
Distances
The local supermarkets are Winn Dixie (6 mins away) and Publix (similar distance). The 4 beaches, with white sand, are all within 10 mins drive. Port Charlotte Mall with its many outlets is 15/20 mins. Further south you have Naples, Everglade City and the National Park. 2 hours away is Busch Gardens. North is the great shopping areas of Venice and Sarasota. Orlando (for the kids!) is 2 1/2 hrs drive.
