Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned & can be heated in the winter months. The 30' pool & spa is also heated. All towels & linen are provided. There is cable TV in every bedroom. A safety fence is fitted around the pool which is removable. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible with 2 bedrooms & a bathroom on it. Please no smoking inside the villa, no pets.

Front garden with parking for 2 cars. Fully heated 30' swimming pool with spa & waterfall. There is a patio table & chairs under the lanai with a ceiling fan to cool you down. There are sunloungers provided on the large south facing decking. A gas BBQ is also provided for your use.

Villa Sarah is located less than 20 mins drive from Champions Gate designed by G Norman. Reunion designed by T Watson, A Palmer & J Nicklaus, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes & Highlands Reserve. Within a 30 min drive is also Falcons Fire, Legends, Celebration & Diamond Back.

We will take long and short term bookings. All prices are inclusive of tax. 10% discount for 3 weeks or more. £150 booking deposit per week, non returnable.
$250 security deposit taken by management company on arrival with credit card. Balance due 8 weeks before departure where possible. Snow birds welcome.
