Westridge Palms is a beautiful one story villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house has a fully stocked games room, a large pool and spa, 2 living areas (family living room with DVD home theatre and large wide screen TV). Large kitchen and large outdoor lanai (covered seating area). Everything you need for a great vacation is provided except your swimwear!

Changeover day
Arrival is from 4pm on day of arrival except in case of prior arrangement. Please vacate by 11am so we can clean for the next guests. Bookings of less than a week pay a $120 cleaning cost.

Free highspeed wireless internet access - use anywhere on the property. Free unlimited phone calls to the USA, Canada and the UK (geographic landlines only eg 020, 0141 etc) - Save big on calling home. Direct TV Satellite TV in all bedrooms and family room - watch 6 different programs at the same time! Full screen over pool and spa - no bugs!

Accessibility
The house is on a single level so whilst we have never tried wheelchairs there are 3 wide patio doors and a large double front entrance door so we believe wheelchair access would be good. Please ask for confirmation if you wish to visit with a wheelchair and give us its dimensions and we can have it checked.
Outside
Garden to front and rear. Good size private pool with spa. Pool heating available at extra cost. Pool toys for the kids. Patio furniture including table, chairs and loungers.
Coast/Beach
Driving about an hour to the beaches on the Gulf coast at Tampa, about an 1½ hour to Clearwater / St Petersberg. About an hour and a half to the Atlantic coast beaches, Daytona, Cape Canaveral etc. Centrally located to everywhere in Florida.
Golf
Literally loads of quality golf courses all around the area. The nearest is about 2-3 mins drive from the house.
Travel
The nearest international airport is Orlando (MCO) which is about 30 miles north (we are 12 mins south of Disney). Within an hour or so are Tampa, Sanford and Daytona Beach airports. As in most of the USA a car is really pretty essential. You could use taxis but we would recommend a car.
Distances
Minutes to nearest grocery shop and take out restaurants. Great Chinese take out close (closest to UK taste I have found). Recently opened many more including Applebees, indian and Japanese, Quiznos, beer room and many more. 5-10 mins to 24 hour Walmart and a huge number of restaurants and amenities. We are on the 27 just west of the 192 (road that Disney comes off) which has a huge numbers of restaurants and things to do.
Further details
To Disney is about 12 mins drive, Universal about 20 mins. However, its quiet here at night so you can relax and get away after a busy day. 2 mins to Publix grocery store.
Booking notes
To enquire on availability please check this site or our house website (below) which gives much more details and has the availability chart. Booking requires 20% payment to secure plus the balance and the security deposit at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of $350 will be returned as soon as the property management company confirms no damage has been done and once we receive the bills for the utilities in case of any pay per view movies or non free phone calls made.
