We have many baby facilities including a cot, highchair and lightweight strollers for your use. Changeover day
The rental period generally consists of a Saturday to Saturday booking, however other periods are occasionally available (please ask for details). The villa is available for occupation from 4.00pm local time on the day of arrival.

Outside
Private pool and spa (pool heating available). The rear of the villa faces south-west so you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the entire day. A large lanai can provide adequate shade for those that require it. An outdoor patio set is provided with tables and chairs and sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
The Atlantic coast (Cocoa Beach) is approx 45 minutes drive away and the Gulf coast (Clearwater) is approx 90 minutes drive away.
Golf
There are many Golf courses and beautiful lakeland walking areas nearby.
Travel
Orlando Airport is about 30 minutes drive and Tampa Airport approx 45 minutes.
Distances
Disney parks 10-15 minutes, Sea World 20 minutes, Universal 25 minutes. Kennedy Space Center 45 minutes.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is due within 7 days of your provisional booking. On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
