Beautiful family home set in tranquil surroundings in South Venice on Florida's Gulf Coast. This paradise haven is a welcome escape for a peaceful break in the sun. Just a 5 minute stroll along the quiet sandy lane to the beach and a short drive from the heart of Venice, with its wide choice of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The villa is very spacious with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10), 3 bathrooms and large private pool for those lazy days when you just want to relax in the peace and quiet of your own company. The villa is set in secluded surroundings on a sandy lane (not on a complex) with only the natural beauty of the trees and shrubs to overlook you. This non smoking villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. It is an American home owned by an English family with the added securities of the management company in America who are only 5 minutes down the road should you have any problems during your stay.

Coast/Beach
5 minute stroll to the nearest beach. However, there are a number of beaches to choose from within a 20 minute drive. Siesta key beach is a short 25 minute drive.
Golf
Lemon Bay Golf Course is within a 10 minute drive and there are at least 10 golf courses also within a 20 minute drive.
Travel
Tampa, Fort Myers 1 hour. Sanford 2½ hours. Orlando 2 hours. We would recommend that you arrange a hire car for the duration of your stay to take advantage of the many things to see and do!
Distances
Local restaurants and shops are within a 3 minute drive from the villa. Englewood shops and restaurants are within a 10 mins drive as is Venice centre. Sarasota is a 20 minute drive.
Further details
You can have a game of tennis at the public courts in Venice. Boats can be hired from several marinas in the area. A spot of fishing can be found at Venice pier. Stables for riding and pony trekking are also nearby. Orlando with its wealth of theme park attractions for the kids and adults is within a 2 hour drive.
