Luxury ground floor accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a queen size sofa bed. Built and furnished from new in April 2006. Our apartment is the very spacious 'DELUXE Andros' apartment with 1400sq.ft and a higher specification of fittings and furniture compared to the 'Abacus' and 'San salvador'- only the 'Grand Bahama' is bigger. Secure gated complex with heated swimming pools, hot tubs, clubhouse, tennis, gym, restaurant and lovely sandy beach on shore of Lake Davenport. Changeover day
Arrive and depart any day, no minimum stay length. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out is 10am on day of departure, but a late check-out may be requested for a small extra charge. For availability please go to our own website - see link at bottom of page.

Notes on accommodation
A maximum of 6 people may stay in the apartment during any one booking period - should more accommodation be required, or a larger apartment, we have contact with other owners at the resort and can help you with this. Our ground floor (US '1st floor') corner apartment allows you to park just 10 feet away from the front door. Please note that access to other styles of apartment on the first and second floors are via stairs only - there are no lifts /elevators at the resort.

Accessibility
Our apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, with wide doorways and plenty of space inside the apartment. (and you can park 10 feet from the front door).It may not be possible to access the small patio areas that lead off each of the rooms. All pathways throughout the complex are suitable for wheelchair users.

Bahama Bay Resort Clubhouse with 24-hour Reception, includes relaxing lounge areas, bar and grill, children's playroom and mini cinema, internet cafe, small shop, DVD hire, gym, sauna and shower facilities, Health Spa and Salon. The Resort has 3 heated swimming pools, 5 hot-tubs, walking trails, tennis/basketball court, Kiddies pool and playground, full service restaurant & tiki bar, lovely sandy beach with volleyball area and fishing dock located on the shore of Lake Davenport.

Golf
The Falcon Fire Golf club located right in Kissimmee on Seralago Boulevard 18 hole, 72 par, Rees Jones signature course promises both seasoned players as well as inexperienced novices an enjoyable challenge. The MetroWest Country Club in Orlando, voted in one of central Florida 's top 5 courses ‘one of the best greens in the state’ claims Golf Digest. The demanding but fair course was designed by world famous golf architect, Robert Trent Jones, Sr. It features 100 foot elevations, water challenges and sand bunkers. Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club is only 12 minutes southwest of the Walt Disney World area attractions. The 18 hole course features water and/or wetlands across its rolling ranch lands. The par 72 championship course has four tee serves to meet the needs of players of different skill levels. The Black Bear Golf Club located in Eustis not only contains a superior 18 hole course but includes a complete practice facility, double ended driving range.

Orlando International Airport (MCO): 28 miles. Car recommended, but there is a shuttle bus to the major parks, from the resort, for reasonable rates - we can advise the rates they charge, ask for details.

Further details
The Resort can be found just off US-27, near the intersection of US-192 (Irlo Bronson Hwy). There are a number of restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and banks within minutes of the complex.
