Villa is fully equipped with a 32 inch TV, video, DVD player and selection of films + playstation 2 and 2 further TVs. There is a computer and internet access. The kitchen has a large refidgerator and freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. All towels and linen are included. Disney is 15 minutes, Universal, Seaworld are 25 minutes and either coast is 80 minutes. Highlands Reserve golf course is 2 minutes away and two courses at Polo Park are 5 minutes but there are up to 30 within 30 minutes drive. The house has everything you need for your stay and is your home from home.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has a king size bed with large en-suite which also leads to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom three has single bed plus two bunk beds. |

| Kitchen: | Cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, drier, diswasher and dining area that seats 6. |
| Utility Room: | Garage are include sports and play equipment and a bar-be-cue for use outside. |
| Living Rooms: | TV lounge includes 32 inch TV, video, playstation 2, DVD player and selection of films and games. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2 people. Patio doors lead onto the pool area. Separate lounge and dining area that seats 9. |

Outside
The pool area has sun loungers and seating to enjoy the sun and the heated pool (heating paid locally) has a removable cover during the winter months. The pool area is screened and open views to the rear so is not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
Both the east and west coasts are 80 minutes away.
Daytona and Cocoa beach on the east coast where you can also head to the Kennedy Space Centre.
St. Petersburg on the west coast on the Gulf of Mexico, or our favourite is Treasure Island. You can also head for Busch Gardens.
Golf
There are many golf courses nearby from 9 holes as at Polo Park and Deer Creek to 18 holes at Highlands Reserve and multiple courses such as Orange Lakes and Disney.
In fact there are so many it is difficult to choose and plan but it means that there is always a new challenge waiting for you.
Travel
Sanford Airport is 55 minutes and Orlando International is 35 minutes.
Car hire is essential.
Further details
Publix supermarket is 3 minutes north along Highway 27 and Walmart is 7 minutes in the same direction. There are fast food restaurants along Highway 27 but a larger variety can be found along the 192 together with all shops that you could possibly need.

Any bookings are confirmed when a deposit of £200 is received and the balance of the agreed rental is due 6 weeks before arrival at the villa.
