Changeover day
All guests are required to depart by 11am and arriving guests to arrive 4pm and after.

Notes on accommodation
Villa is fully air conditioned with extra ceiling fans even outside on the deck. The poolside has a safety net for children and the pool has 2 sets of steps to enter the pool safely.

The large private pool is 26 x 13ft and has a spa. Pool heater available with switch on wall near spa.a large fence and hedges around the bug proof cage confirm privacy. Large deck area which the sun moves round during the day. 4 loungers with ottomans and 4 chairs with large table on deck for dining. Extra table for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
If you want to go to the beaches then the I4 intersection is 5 minutes from the villa with the gulf coast less than 1 hour away.
Golf
Championsgate is 5 minutes away. Southern Dunes is 15 minutes south. Other golf courses are within 15 minutes.
Travel
Orlando international airport is approximately 35 minutes from the villa.
Distances
Disney is 15 minutes away, International Drive is 15 minutes.
Seaworld and Universal are less than half an hour.
Further details
A choice of restaurants, supermarket, takeaways, banks are only 5 minutes away.
Booking notes
Booking is easy a 25% deposit is required either by cheque or paypal to secure the booking. Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to departure.
