Located on a tropical waterway that lead directly to the Gulf of Mexico. The location makes it an ideal location to explore the nearby Gulf islands of Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande. From your private dock you can fish, hire a boat or just watch the fantastic sunsets. A few minutes away is Fisherman's Village; a complex of seven restaurants and numerous shops all built on the water on Charlotte harbour. This home boasts the largest private pool in Punta Gorda Isles (heating optional) a gas BBQ and plenty of patio furniture. The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and sleeps 6-8 people.

Outside
From the master bedroom and lounge glass doors open directly onto the pool area. The large pool has optional heating. There is a covered terrace dining area with plenty of patio furniture, a big BBQ & twin ceiling fans for hot evening dining.
A few steps lead down to your private boat dock; ideal for fishing, watching the fantastic sunsets or maybe rent a boat and explore the miles of waterways of Charlotte Harbour, or for the more adventurous head down to the Gulf and visit beaches and restaurants only accesable by boat, such as Cayo costa, Bica Grande, and Captiva.
Coast/Beach
Punta Gorda has its own small beach where the locals gather nightly to watch the spectacular sunsets over Charlotte Harbour.
Charlotte Harbour beach complex has a swimming pool, snack bar and tennis courts (about 10 mins drive).
Driving a little further will bring you to the Gulf beaches of Boca Grande and Englewood.

Lots of Golf courses are nearby.

Tampa airport is about 1hr 15 mins. Miami about 3hrs.
Orlando about 2.5 hrs.
Distances

"What a wonderful three weeks we have had! Catfish are prevalent out at the dock but saw Rays and Tarpon.Would recommend Boca Grande for good beach & fishing.,Also saw seven manatees close to Boca. About the owner
We first fell in love with this beautiful unspoilt part of the South West Florida Gulf coast whilst on honeymoon many years ago-after the noise, crowds and hectic pace in Orlando we discovered Punta Gorda to be a haven of peace and tranquillity, friendly locals and unspoilt nature at its best. One day we vowed to have a home here.
In 2003, two children later, we finally realised our dream of owning a home here, and since then our family, friends, and many guests have enjoyed staying at our much loved Punta Gorda home.
In fact, we loved it so much that in 2007 we bought a second home here!
We are very proud of our homes here and go to a great deal of time and trouble to ensure that they are a memorable place for our family,friends and guests to stay.
